Marriage equality in Massachusetts must stand and remain as law. We must educate our neighbors that Marriage equality allows people in same-sex relationships not to be denied legal benefits including social security, adoption and immigration rights as well as shared medical insurance. It should be noted that this is not special treatment, but rather, fair treatment.

We cannot turn back the clock and allow a world in which any family is treated unequally in Massachusetts. Only marriage equality guarantees the rights of all families.
