Union #22 Announces Endorsement of Dan Rizzo

The Laborer’s Local Union No. 22. announced today that it will endorse City Councilor Dan Rizzo in his candidacy for Mayor of Revere. Union Business Manager Louis Mandarini discussed the union’s unanimous endorsement, releasing the following statement:

“The Executive Board and members of Local 22 believe in [Rizzo’s] commitment to labor and the working men and women in the construction industry.”

Rizzo thanked the Union for its support and contributions to the city, stating, “I am honored and proud to have earned the confidence of the hard-working families of Revere. Union 22 and its members have made enormous contributions to Revere’s development and prosperity. I look forward to working closely with our city’s working men and women to make Revere a place where every citizen is ensured a safe work environment and is able to support their family with the fair wages they deserve.”
